In my advanced 3D class, I tackled my first environmental scene. During this period, I held a strong affinity for the game Apex Legends and was determined to craft something inspired by it. My choice fell upon the POI ‘Cage’ - not only because I love its layout but also because I found the entire area interesting in general.


Overall, this proved to be a fun little project that marked my initial turn into scene and environment construction. I am pleased with the outcome in terms of its visual fidelity and the relatively straightforward approach I adopted for topology. If I could go back, the primary change I would implement in this project would involve creating modular kit pieces for various components, as opposed to modeling the entire bottom, middle, and top sections of the building as single entities. This approach would have provided greater flexibility and efficiency during both the modeling and construction phases.
